Senior Tech Lead

Requirements:
Lead by example with 6+ years of professional experience in JavaScript development, demonstrating deep technical expertise and mentoring capabilities.
• Apply 3+ years of proven experience as a Tech Lead, guiding engineering teams through architectural decisions and delivery execution.
• Architect and maintain scalable backend services serverless technologies, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Experience with Cloud (Google Cloud Platform or AWS)
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Node.js, leveraging both JavaScript and TypeScript to support maintainability and team collaboration.
• Design and evolve RESTful APIs and microservices, aligning with best practices for modularity and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and deliver impactful features that meet business goals.
• Code quality through rigorous testing, peer reviews, and continuous improvement of development standards.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, proactively identifying bottlenecks and driving improvements in scalability and reliability.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation within the team.

Nice to Have
• Experience with frontend frameworks like React or Next.js to support full-stack initiatives.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) for streamlined deployment and automation.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform to support scalable and maintainable cloud infrastructure.
