Responsibilities:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you are expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance is required.
Design and implement innovative software solutions that meet client specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve software development practices.
Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative learning environment.
