Lead .Net Fullstack Developer

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of fullstack applications using .NET Framework/.NET Core and modern UI frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and DevOps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable system architectures and microservices-based solutions.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs, ensuring seamless integration with front-end and back-end systems.
• Work with Optimizely CMS or similar DXP/CMS platforms to deliver content-driven solutions.
• Manage and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases for performance and scalability.
• Utilize DevOps tools, such as GitHub workflows and actions, to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends to drive innovation within the team.
Must-Have Qualifications:
• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience as a C# .NET Developer (.NET Framework / .NET Core).
• Hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS or similar DXP/CMS platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs.
• Experience with modern UI frameworks such as React, Next.js, or similar.
• Proven technical leadership experience.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, including GitHub workflows and actions.
• Experience with scalable system architecture and microservices.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written).
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
• Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Experience with ASP.NET Core / Web API.
• Duration: Long Term Contract.
• Location: Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in the Lisbon office).
