• Contribute to the definition and implementation of the product strategy and roadmap
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of the product

Service Description:
• Serve as the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog to maximize value delivery
• Facilitate product planning and decision-making processes
Service Deliverables:
• Define and communicate clear product requirements and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure the product meets user needs
• Continuously gather feedback and insights to enhance the product
Expertise:
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycle
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making expertise

Service Qualifications:
• Proven expertise in a product management or product owner role
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management expertise
• Proficiency in using product management tools and techniques
