Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager with the following requirements:
• Service with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution;

Service Description:
• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects from initiation to completion;
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet defined objectives;
•Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success;

Service Deliverables:
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including milestones, tasks, and dependencies;
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project stakeholders;
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to project sponsors and stakeholders;

Expertise:
• project management methodologies and best practices;
• Prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements;
• The service must be problem-solving and decision-making expertise;
• Strong local governance & coordination expertise;
• Expertise in stakeholder management (especially onsite teams, HPE, NetOps, Workplace);
• coordinate building access and logistics (site survey, vendor visits);
• Operational project execution on-site;
• Hands on involvement with hardware delivery & follow-up;
• Cover local constraints and realities specific to IDB Lisbon;

Service Qualifications:
• Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects within the insurance industry;
• Proficient in the use of project management tools and software;
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams;

• Duration: Long Term Contract.
• Location: Lisbon, Hybrid - 2x.
