Business Analyst (LMS)

We are looking for a Business Analyst with the following requirements:

- Being part of the HCM Department, the Learning Management System (LMS) BAU Specialist will collaborate closely with the LMS BAU Lead under the LMS Product Owner scope.
The LMS used is the LMS Module of Cornerstone On Demand. So all tickets are related to this tool or the ecosystem behind (loading content, creating report, assign session, grant system admin rights, etc).

Service :
The ticketing tool used by entities and Group is Service NOW.

Drive to the support ticket Level 1 & 2 in autonomy for our entities
Overview to Level 3 tickets with BAU Lead
Report activity to the BAU Lead
Suggest improvement such as refresher sessions, user documentation, etc to help reduce the number of tickets.
Run Non Regression Tests and confirm system behavior after releases, patch, environment refresh
Drive to user training sessions, Other BAU & support activities.

Expertise :
English environment
Expertise of one of the LMS tools of the Market would be appreciated, if it is CSOD LMS it is a +
Expertise as BAU Specialist is a plus.

• Location: Lisbon - Hybrid.Candidates must be living in Portugal.
