IT Project Manager

We are looking for a IT Project Manager with the following requirements:

1.Service Context:
Oversight of the successful delivery of IT projects within the group, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements.
Coordination with multiple contributors, including business analysis, development, and IT operations, to ensure efficient project execution.

2.Service Scope (not limited to):
Definition and management of comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation approaches.
Organization of communication and coordination mechanisms across stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
Monitoring of project progress, identification of issues, and implementation of corrective actions to maintain alignment with objectives.
Preparation and dissemination of status updates and reporting to relevant stakeholders.

3.Service Deliverables (not limited to):
Delivery of IT projects within agreed scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
Structured stakeholder communication framework ensuring visibility and alignment.
Identification and mitigation of risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Contribution to continuous improvement and optimization of project management practices.

4.Required Expertise:
Demonstrated expertise in managing complex IT projects within dynamic environments.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and associated tools.
Proven ability to analyze issues, structure solutions, and support decision-making processes.
Experience coordinating activities across multiple domains and contributors.

5.Service Qualifications:
Academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related domain.
Recognized project management certification (PMP or equivalent).
Minimum of 5 years’ expertise in IT project management.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Ability to structure and formalize communication with stakeholders.
Knowledge of Service Now.
