About the Role­:

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join a dynamic, international Tech Hub based in Lisbon. As a Senior, you will work under broad direction, acting as a technical reference contributing to architecture decisions, code reviews, and ensuring quality through best practices and testing methodologies. We value generalizing-specialists: adaptable developers who are enthusiastic about exploring a variety of technologies and roles beyond a single stack.


Must-Have Technical Skills

Back-end development with Java / Spring Boot
Spring Boot Framework
REST API design and implementation
SQL and relational databases (MS SQL Server or equivalent RDBMS)
Version control with GIT
Writing unit and integration tests
Troubleshooting, bug fixing, and code optimization
Technical documentation (Confluence, IcePanel)
DevOps practices: CI/CD, GitHub workflows and actions
Maven or equivalent package manager
Front-end development with React, Next.js


Should-Have / Nice-to-Have Technical Skills

Hibernate / JPA or equivalent ORM
Application architecture: Microservices, Hexagonal Architecture, Event-driven Architecture, etc.
AWS or other cloud platforms


Professional Skills

Detail-oriented with visible commitment and motivation
Open to giving and receiving feedback
Enjoys pair programming
Takes full ownership of their work
Familiar with testing methodologies (TDD / BDD)
