Senior Java Full-Stack

Equação IT is recruiting a Senior Java Full-Stack to join a challenging international project, featuring a strong technical component and long-term collaboration opportunities.

What we are looking for:

✅ 10+ years of professional experience;
✅ Proficiency in both English and Portuguese (at least C1 level);
✅ Must currently live in Portugal;
✅ Lead the architecture and implementation of complex full-stack features across EXPOSE and SEARCH;
✅ Own the IAM/SSO strategy: Okta authorization server design, OIDC flow architecture, and per-Maison access control;
✅ Define front-end engineering standards for React.js, including auth patterns, state management, and performance;
✅ Drive technical discussions with client architects and produce ADRs (Architecture Decision Records) and long-term roadmap contributions;
✅ Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and security issues across the stack;
✅ Lead code reviews and champion SonarQube, Snyk, and quality automation;
✅ Mentor Confirmed and Junior engineers;
✅ Produce comprehensive technical documentation, runbooks, and onboarding materials;
✅ Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team within an international context.
