Backup Administrator

We are looking for a Backup Administrator with the following requirements:

Requirements:
• Years of experience in these skills : 2;

Project information / tasks:
• Administration of the Backup Service, which includes managing the Commvault, VEEAM, Avamar, Netbackup products;
• Installation, maintenance, upgrades, updates, debugging, and troubleshooting issues and failures;
• Providing customer support and resolving client service requests;
• Reporting, capacity management, automation, scripting, and other activities related to service maintenance;

Necessary
MUST HAVE:
• knowledge of backup technologies;
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues;

NICE TO HAVE:
• Certifications in relevant Backups technologies;
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems;
• Experience with scripting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python);
• knowledge of IBM and Quantum robots and DataDomain VTLs;

• Required languages : Portuguese;
English & Other languages (nice to have);

• Duration: Long Term Contract;
• Authorized teleworking : Hybrid (Lisboa): estimate 70% remote and 30% in person;
