Outsystems Tech Lead

Responsabilities:
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, maintainable OutSystems solutions
• Define technical architecture and enforce best practices across the development lifecycle
• Guide and mentor developers, ensuring code quality and performance
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI, integration, and business teams to deliver seamless solutions
• Support the rollout of a new citizen-facing portal and its integration with external systems
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement within the team

Required Competences:
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent technical background
• 5+ years of experience in OutSystems development
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role
• Solid experience in:
Designing and implementing OutSystems architectures (Reactive Web, Mobile, Traditional Web)
Leading development teams in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
API integrations (REST/SOAP), relational databases, and authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML)
Code reviews, performance tuning, and lifecycle management
• OutSystems certification (Professional or higher)
