• Proficient expertise in data analysis, modeling, and visualization techniques;
• English environment mandatory;

Job Description:
Service Context:
• Contribute to the design and implementation of innovative insurance solutions;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications;
• Provide analytical support and insights to drive strategic decision-making;

Service Description:
• Analyze complex business processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement;
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, workflow diagrams, and user stories;
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions;

Service Deliverables:
• Produce comprehensive business analysis reports and presentations;
• Recommend process optimizations and system enhancements to enhance operational efficiency;
• Participate in the testing and validation of new or updated insurance products and services;
