Key Responsibilities
• Lead and execute end-to-end implementations of ATOSS solutions from project kick-off to go-live and post-implementation support;
• Conduct detailed requirement gathering workshops with clients, analyzing existing HR processes, workforce challenges, and integration needs;
• Perform solution design, creating functional specifications, process blueprints, and best-practice recommendations aligned with ATOSS capabilities and client objectives;
• Handle system configuration and customization in the ATOSS platform, including setup of time models, shift planning rules, access rights, interfaces (e.g., to payroll, ERP, SAP), and reporting/analytics;
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, project managers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, risk mitigation, and high-quality outcomes.
