SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (Lead)

We are seeking a new talent to join the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (Lead) team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project - SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities:
• As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. • You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
• You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Master proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is required.
• Design innovative software solutions that meet client specifications and enhance user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to maintain high-quality standards in software delivery.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve software development practices.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative learning environment.


SAP EC Lead:
• Full time position: 1 day per week onsite
• Speak (read and write) in English is mandatory, Dutch e Portuguese is a preferable order
• Ability to work in multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams and environments.
• At least 5 years with experience in Implementation projects.
• At least 3 implementations end to end.

• Duration: Long Term Contract.
• Location: Portugal (hybrid model). We have offices in the main cities of the country. Candidates must be living in Portugal.
