Project Manager (with experience in Modern Workplace)

We are looking for a Project Manager with the following requirements:

The mission aims to support cross-functional initiatives ensuring Modern Workplace device solutions meet operational, compliance, and quality standards. The expected expertise includes coordination of product preparation, processes, and documentation to support internal assessments, governance controls, and organizational readiness.
The service will contribute to the coordination of remediation and improvement activities required to strengthen product maturity, close identified gaps, and drive consistent, sustainable operational excellence across the Modern Workplace ecosystem.

Contribute to readiness activities for Modern Workplace device solutions, ensuring documentation, processes, and controls are complete, coherent, and up to date.
Contribute to assessments such as gap analysis, control validation, configuration reviews, and evidence consolidation in collaboration with engineering, operations, and compliance stakeholders.

Ensure technical and procedural documentation (architecture, runbooks, device management workflows, security baselines) is maintained and reflects actual operations.
Facilitate risk and control reviews, highlighting potential weaknesses and supporting mitigation actions ahead of governance checkpoints.

Organize readiness workshops and walkthroughs to promote consistent understanding of configurations, standards, and expected practices.
Contribute to governance mechanisms (dashboards, RAID logs, KPIs, status tracking) to monitor progress and highlight blockers.
Act as a coordination point for stakeholders requiring product information, documentation, or readiness support.

Translate identified gaps, issues, or improvement needs into structured remediation action plans with defined timelines and expected outcomes.
Contribute to remediation actions, ensuring changes are designed, implemented, validated, and documented.
Coordinate multidisciplinary workstreams involving engineering, change management, security, operations, and compliance stakeholders.

Ensure remediation measures align with internal standards, compliance frameworks, and Modern Workplace best practices.
Track progress and communicate remediation status through KPIs, dashboards, and risk assessments.
Validate that implemented improvements are effective, sustainable, and embedded into operational processes.
Promote long-term enhancements in device lifecycle management, configuration consistency, operational maturity, and product governance.

Expertise:
Strong knowledge of Modern Workplace / Modern Device ecosystems, including Windows 11, RBAC, Azure AD / Entra ID, Autopilot, Intune, configuration management, device lifecycle processes, and endpoint security baselines, as well as identity management.
Strong background in risk and control management, configuration governance, issue remediation, and continuous improvement frameworks.

Good understanding of identity and access management, including Azure AD / Entra ID, conditional access, compliance policies, and authentication mechanisms.
Practical knowledge of core enterprise operational processes such as change management, incident/problem management, asset management, and configuration lifecycle governance.
Ability to analyze technical or procedural gaps and translate them into structured remediation actions across multiple stakeholders.
Strong expertise in project/program management methodologies, with demonstrated capability to coordinate multi-team initiatives in complex environments.

Preferred technical skills:
Familiarity with large-scale enterprise environments.
