Network Engineer Expert

We are looking for a Network Engineer Expert with the following requirements:

The operations group initiate with its Network Product Department a One Network Program to tackle its digital transformation, enhance user’s connectivity expertise, and mitigate cyber risks. Within Network Product department, Data Center foundation product line is responsible of operations group Data Center and infrastructure.

Service Context :
• The Network Product Engineer Service is responsible to define, advertise and ensure to deliver of sustainable, robust, and secured solutions. It service with with Group Security, CTO and One Network Program, the Network Product Engineer will propose solutions at the right cost and bring business value to support the corporate business and lines of business strategies.
• The main activities include the following for the service own area of responsibility:
o Contribute and support a medium to long term product evolution and continuous product improvement,
o Drive advisory, selection, design, secure build & integration for the products in scope

Functional Expertise:
• Drive change implementation aligned with network product evolution objectives. Leadership.
• The Network Products Engineer Service expected to discuss with both senior managers and IT, and explain in clear language complicated architectural concepts and strategies
• English environment mandatory
• Ensure QOS delivery for network solutions and support of solutions
• Provide high expertise support on products and services

Expertise :
• Expertise in driving large architecture, standardization & transformation initiatives.
• Core activity:
i. The service will participate in the architecture definition & integration based on current standard solution (ACI, NSX-T)
ii. The service will participate in deployment of the solution
iii. The service will participate in defining Operating model
• Expertise in managing Data Center with Cisco ACI and VMWARE NSX-T
• Expertise in Network Security products, SASE, Segmentation technologies and identity services, voice, wifi, SDWAN, LAN wired, WAN, MPLS
• Must have Network Automation expertise (Terraform, ansible, Python)
• +8 years’ of expertise in Network Domain in an international and Matrix organization,
• Expertise in today’s Network and infrastructure challenges and trends, mostly at Infrastructure and Technical levels.
• Expertise in documentation and for retrodocumentation of the current infrastructure
• Combine and analyze business and technical requirements from critical constituents.
• Expertise in support for P1, P2 support for Data Center incident and /or lead for problem management;

• Duration: Long Term Contract.
• Location: Lisbon - Hybrid.
