Business Analyst (Process Unity solution)

We are looking for a Business Analyst with the following requirements:

1. Service Context
The Process Unity (PU) Center of Excellence, located in Lisbon, supports Business As Usual (BAU) activities related to the Process Unity solution.
The service is requested to provide IT support activities contributing to the ongoing maintenance, stability, and efficiency of the Process Unity solution across 8 entities.

2. Service Scope (not limited to)
The IT Business Analyst – Process Unity Support service contributes to BAU operations related to the Process Unity platform.
The service scope includes functional administration activities for Process Unity tools and systems, as well as coordination with relevant stakeholders to address IT incidents and operational topics ensuring continuity of processes.
The service relies on standard tooling to manage requests, incidents, and reporting activities.

3. Service Deliverables (not limited to)
• Operational support provided for BAU activities related to Process Unity
• Functional administration services for Process Unity tools and systems
• Resolution of IT-related issues through coordination and interaction with involved stakeholders
• Ticket tracking, incident handling, and reporting using JIRA, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office tools

4. Required Expertise
• Expertise aligned with a Bachelor’s level in IT, Business, or a related domain
• Proven expertise in delivering IT support services within financial or risk-related environments
• Prior delivery of Business Analyst services, preferably within BAU support contexts
• Familiarity with LOA-related activities

5. Service Qualifications
• Operational capability to use the Process Unity platform
• Proficiency in JIRA and ServiceNow for ticket and incident management
• Advanced operational use of Microsoft Office applications
• Service delivery conducted in an English-speaking environment
• French language capability required and considered a strong asset
