Demand Management Lead

We are looking for a Demand Management Lead with the following requirements:

Dispatching all non-standard work-requests allocated to Workplace Products.
This service will :
- qualifies the demand, identifying the appropriate Workplace Product(s), ensuring relevant scoping is performed and passes the demand packages to the correct teams.
- oversees the demand planning activities, ensuring resources are available, helping to manage conflicting priorities and ensuring funding is in place and approval to proceed.
- owning the overall Demand Management process, monitoring demands implementation progress and interface with stakeholders ensuring effective delivery of IT solutions.

Deliverables:
Demand Intake and Scoping
• Capturing all demands addressed to Workplace Product Family. Steers correct assigned of demands through interaction with fellow Demand Managers in GO Markets and other Product Families.
• Ensuring business needs and priorities are understood to support the business strategy.
• Interface with the requestor, GO Market Account Manager and Product Business Partners ensuring pre-scoping is performed to identify if existing products are available, or if a new solution is required.
• Interface with the Product teams and other relevant GO teams, the DMO service is accountable for the scoping and the engagement regarding demand towards the Entity. For all non-standard requests that require transversal coordination, the DMO service will be for collecting inputs from the various contributors and orchestrates the overall delivery.

Demand Planning
• Managing the Product project Portfolio
• Requesting the necessary resources to meet the demand.
• Helping with portfolio prioritization.
• Helping address any competing, or conflicting demands.
• If the demand is significant enough to become a project, formally adding the project to the project portfolio.
• Intermediating with GO Project Management allocation.

Delivery, Monitoring & Reporting
• Owning the Demand Management Process for Workplace Global Products and ensuring all defined steps are followed appropriately.
• Monitoring and reportsing on the portfolio of demand and ensure effective closure
• When informed that a Product enhancement, or feature request is added to the Product lifecycle timeline and therefore not to be delivered immediately, the service will ensuring the information is passed back to the requestor.

Mandatory technical & functional expertise
- Strong expertise of the Demand Management process and any supporting processes.
- Strong expertise of Product families GO structure, Tech and Data roadmap, objectives, organization, and policies.
- Expertise of insurance business needs/challenges of the Opco and technical environment, in the short and long term
- Expertise in client focused and service minded
- Expertise in GO Operations activities project / program delivery having a good overview of all GO Programs and inter-dependencies.
- Process design expertise
- Expertise in cost of ownership and the Product pricing model
- Expertise in ITIL disciplines
- Multicultural and global environment
- English environment
