We are looking for a Develop Java back-end services and React.js front-end with the following requirements:

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications.
You will use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.
Expert proficiency in Java Spring is required. Advanced proficiency in React.js is recommended.
Advanced proficiency in Amazon Simple Queue Service (SQS), Microservices Architecture, MongoDB, and MySQL is suggested.               
Collaborate closely with team members to understand requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.         
Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure the reliability and performance of applications.             
Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to development processes and tools.            
Engage in knowledge sharing to support team growth and foster a collaborative environment.             
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to apply innovative approaches in projects.

• Develop Java back-end services and React.js front-end components for EXPOSE and SEARCH products
• Implement RESTful APIs following Group OpenAPI standards.
• Support integration of Okta-based SSO and OIDC authentication under senior guidance
• Write unit and integration tests; respect pipeline quality gates via SonarQube and Snyk
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables
• Maintain and improve npm package dependencies; follow front-end coding standards
• Engage actively with the structured upskilling programme provided by SMEs
