We are looking for a Java Full Stack - Senior with the following requirements:

Responsibilities:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications.
You will use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is a critical part of this role.
Expert proficiency in Java Spring is required. Advanced proficiency in Microservices Architecture, MySQL, MongoDB, Amazon Simple Queue Service (SQS), and Docker Kubernetes Architecture is suggested.           
Drive the design and implementation of robust software components that meet evolving business requirements.            
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.             
Analyze complex technical challenges and propose innovative approaches to improve system performance and scalability.          
Support and guide team members by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative environment.         
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to enhance project outcomes.

• Lead the architecture and implementation of complex full-stack features across EXPOSE and SEARCH.
• Own the IAM/SSO strategy: Okta authorization server design, OIDC flow architecture, and per-brand access control.
• Define front-end engineering standards for React.js, including authentication patterns, state management, and performance optimization.
• Drive technical discussions with architects across the business group; produce ADRs and contribute to long-term technology roadmaps.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and security issues across the stack.
• Lead code reviews and champion SonarQube, Snyk, and quality automation practices.
• Mentor Confirmed and Junior engineers.
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation, runbooks, and onboarding materials.
