We are looking for a Java Full Stack with the following requirements:

Language: English and Portuguese - C1

Responsibilities:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions by designing, coding, and enhancing components across systems or applications.
You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
Providing solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams is a critical part of this role.
Expert proficiency in Java Spring is required.
Advanced proficiency in React.js is recommended.
Advanced proficiency in Amazon Simple Queue Service (SQS) and Microservices Architecture, along with advanced proficiency in MongoDB and MySQL, are suggested.             
Take ownership of specific software components and ensure their quality and performance meet project standards.        
Support and guide less experienced colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices.         
Analyze complex problems and contribute to the design of effective, scalable solutions.        
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align software development with business objectives.        
Continuously improve development processes and advocate for the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.

• Design and implement full-stack features spanning Java back-end services and React.js front-end components.
• Integrate Okta SSO and OIDC flows across EXPOSE and SEARCH; configure scopes and claims per business unit/region.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs with full OpenAPI documentation.
• Implement event-driven patterns using AWS SQS and Solace.
• Manage front-end dependencies via npm; enforce best practices for token storage and silent renew in React.
• Enforce quality standards through SonarQube, Snyk, and structured code review.
• Support junior engineers and contribute to knowledge transfer within the squad.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the enterprise group's platform engineering standards.
