Change Management Lead

Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing technical consulting role.
- Develop a change management plan that aligns with the overall project plan for Workspace (Gmail, Calendar and Drive + Editors).
- Communicate the change management plan to stakeholders and obtain buy-in.
- Manage the implementation of changes, including training users on new processes and systems.
- Monitor and evaluate the change management process and make adjustments as needed.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the change management process.
- Provide support to employees during the change process.

Work model: hybrid with at least 2 days at the office
