About the Role­:

The Product Designer is a senior product development practitioner responsible for discovering, defining, designing, and validating solutions that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.

Working as part of the Product Trio alongside Product Management and Engineering, the Product Designer owns the journey from problem discovery through to solution definition and delivery readiness.

The Product Designer combines the capabilities traditionally associated with:

- User Experience Design
- Content Design
- Solution Design
- Business Analysis
- Product Discovery
- User Research
- Product Ownership

to create end-to-end product solutions that are desirable, viable, feasible, and valuable.

The Product Designer is accountable for ensuring that every initiative has:

- A validated problem statement
- Clear customer and business outcomes
- A defined future-state user journey
- Prioritised functional requirements
- A delivery approach and iteration plan
- A visual representation of the intended experience
